Job Description

Leading national systems company seeking a proven system sales representative for  their NORTHERN CALIFORNIA BAY AREA office. Candidate will be responsible for selling medium-to-large custom Card Access and Integrated CCTV systems. Will also introduce, promote Company intrusion and fire alarm systems and services. Will support the Branch booking and profitability goals through the achievement of an assigned sales booking plan.  Your organizational skills and quality focus will be used as you plan sales activities and follow strategic sales goals to take advantage of all sales opportunities.

Job Skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Understanding of large card access and integrated CCTV applications required. Intrusion and Fire Alarm experience a plus
  • Experience with enterprise level access control software and hardware required.
  • Success in selling service contracts and other recurring (monthly) service revenue in addition to standard installation revenue is a plus.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective listening and questioning skills and polished presentation skills are required.
  • Successful, proven sales track record
  • Experience in commercial systems business development preferred
  • Adept at prospecting and networking to promote company market share as well working closely with C-level accounts with necessary soft skills to effectively manage existing client needs.
  • Candidate must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
