Our Company has an outstanding opportunity as an Install Account Executive. The Install Account Executive position is essential to the Company's services critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management. The primary responsibility is to successfully sell Building Controls and Automation through the construction channel and large Developer/End-Users in SF Bay area and Northern California.
Responsibilities include: · Developing business plans and meeting overall financial objectives · Foster and build positive customer relations by interfacing with, and calling on, all levels of management · Preparing and presenting professional proposals that includes technical solutions, financial solutions, and overall cost savings · Lead and work in tandem with the sales team to provide a complete solution for both installs and service
Position Basic Qualifications:
· Three years of solutions sales experience acquired with the building and/or construction trade industries in the Northern California markeplace
· Associate Degree or Sixty semester college credit hours
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3 years of commercial HVAC and/or Fire Life Safety sales experience
· 3 years of experience in Building Solutions sales
· Technical application experience with HVAC Control Systems or Fire Alarm Systems is preferred
· Ability to develop and execute prospecting and account plans to exceed quotas of $2M per year
· Experience working with general, mechanical and electrical contractors through existing relationships with those contractors
· Excellent cold-calling skills and the ability to identify and seek out new business
· Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Finance
· Be creative/think out of the box
