In addition to replying to your comment or inquiry, we may also file your email for future reference regarding improvements to our website or discard the information. Since wildbullet.com is a career site, we give you the option of putting your resume in our database. There are two ways of doing this:

1. You can store your resume in our database, but not allow your contact information to be viewed by potential employers. Employers must contact you through a private form if they are interested in your resume.

2. If you allow your resume to be searchable, then all employers and recruiters who pay for access to our resume database product will have access to your resume.

We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to legitimate employers, company recruiters, hiring managers, and human resource professionals, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database. You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, employers and recruiters who have paid for access to the database, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any of such parties while resumes are in the database

Personal Information
wildbullet.com resume functionality requires/requests users to give us contact information (such as their email address) and personal information (such as their work histories and academic achievements). The user's contact and personal information is used to contact the visitor when necessary, but is primarily used in the construction of the user's resume and Candidate Profile.

We do not disclose information about your individual visits to wildbullet.com, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, personal references, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it. But, we may record and share aggregated information with our partners.

JOBSEEKERS: For your privacy and protection, Never give and/or provide from this website your social security number to a prospective employer, or provide credit card or bank account information.

  • Using any device, software and/or embedded script in resumes or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Web Site or any activity being conducted on this site.
  • Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this Web Site's infrastructure.

Since wildbullet.com® is a career site, you allow your resume to be searchable when posting it here, then all recruiters who pay for access to our resume database will have access to your resume. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes that have been posted.

USER SUBMISSIONS

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not do the following things: post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner; post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of other or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another User or any other person or entity; post a sexually-explicit image; post advertisements or solicitations of business; post chain letters or pyramid schemes; or impersonate another person.

The Company does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to this Agreement, The Company may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. The Company reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating this Agreement or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

Web Site Linking
Linking to our website via, direct links is allowed; HOWEVER, linking using hypertext mark up language, or any other encoding languages effecting Meta Tag assignments to favor search engine placement by our copyrighted names and or trademarks is by written permission only. Violators could be subject to a legal cause action regarding Infringements of copyrighted material, names, and/or advertising revenues.

EMPLOYER ACCOUNTS: BILLING TERMS AND ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS ADDENDUM
Customer/Purchaser agrees to the wildbullet.com® web site terms and conditions including privacy policy located at the bottom of each page of the wildbullet.com® web site.
CREDIT & PAYMENT:
Credit cards (MasterCard/Visa) will be accepted at time of order by the wildbullet.com® sales department. No cash payments will be accepted. When credit net 30 terms are requested, Purchaser shall provide to wildbullet.com® (seller) all financial and purchase order information reasonably requested by wildbullet.com® for the purpose of establishing credit. Furthermore, Purchaser shall provide wildbullet.com® financial information upon request for continuing Purchasers credit line with wildbullet.com®. wildbullet.com® reserves the right, with or without notice to change or revoke Purchaser's credit limit based upon Purchaser's payment record and/or changes in Purchaser's financial condition. Purchaser agrees to make payment in full to wildbullet.com® for all amounts due according to wildbullet.com® invoice. Purchaser also agrees to pay wildbullet.com® interest, an amount equal to 1-1/2% per month, or the maximum provided by law (whichever is less) for invoice amounts that are past due. Should Purchaser default in any such payment(s), wildbullet.com® shall have the right, without notice to Purchaser, to declare all invoice amounts due and payable. In the event wildbullet.com® should commence any action or actions, or otherwise seek to enforce this agreement against Purchaser or guarantor, Purchaser agrees to pay reasonable attorney(s) fees, court costs, and other expenses, incurred by wildbullet.com® whether or not suit is filed. Unless otherwise stated on the front of the invoice, payment shall be due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. wildbullet.com® reserves the right at any time however, to require payment in advance or C.O.D., or otherwise to modify, suspend or terminate any credit terms previously extended to Purchaser.

EMPLOYER ACCOUNTS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
